Train communities with real countermeasure techniques to detect danger, respond fast, and defend themselves. Prevent recruitment into terrorist groups by giving deportees and at-risk youth real alternatives: shelter, job training, income, and purpose.

 

Rebuild dignity through trauma healing, emergency housing, and economic survival programs like trade skills, microbusiness support, and farming revival.

 

Unite the Haitian diaspora and global allies to form a living shield around vulnerable communities not with speeches, but with action.
